CRAFTCOTE - 161 (G) is a Mixed Refractory Base Coating with water as a carrier.
CRAFTCOTE - 161 (G) is a ready for use (RFU) coating having excellent suspension and rheological properties.
Product Function
CRAFTCOTE - 161 (G) is mainly used for all Automotive C.I. Casting. It can be applied by brushing / dipping / spraying. For brushing use CRAFCOTE - 161 (G) as it is by mixing the coating in can thoroughly. For dipping or spraying adjustment in viscosity is to be done by addition of water. Generally a separate tank should be used for dilution of the coating. Mix or stirr thoroughly after adjustment of viscosity.
After applying coating air dry it for 10 to 20 minutes and then dry in oven at 150 ˚C to 160 ˚C for min 20 minutes or by torching.
