DIEDRESS - PL is a Graphite -free lubricant specially developed for plunger lubrication in high pressure die casting.

Purpose

In pressure die casting process, molten aluminum is injected into the die cavity at a very high velocity by plunger tip. This leads to attack of molten aluminum at plunger leading to decreased plunger life. To eliminate this attack on plunger area DIEDRESS-PL is used. DIEDRESS - PL is designed in such a way that it imparts superior lubrication properties to plunger surface.

Application

• 1 Year from the date of manufacturing, kept in cool and dry place with intact packing.

• Replace lid tightly after use.
